Addressing a Dangerous IntersectionLast week, I met with local and state officials to address traffic issues in Oley Township. Here are the details.

News From the Health Committee - As a member of the Health Committee, I will be voting on the following bill during our Tuesday, May 24 meeting:

House Bill 1362 - Requires administration of a baseline test and removal from athletic activity of an athlete who shows symptoms of a concussion.

News From the Game and Fisheries CommitteeOn Wednesday, May 25, my fellow members of the Game and Fisheries Committee and I will be voting on the following bills:

HB 1236 - Reduced fishing licenses for Army National or Air National Guard members

HB 1237 - Reduced hunting licenses for Army National or Air National Guard members

HB 1417 - Provides for offense of aggravated assault of a wildlife conservation officer or deputy wildlife conservation officer of the Pennsylvania Game Commission, or a waterways conservation officer or deputy waterways conservation officer of the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission.

SB 274 - Allows the Pennsylvania Game Commission to set regulations that would permit the transfer of permits from a licensed mentor hunter to a youth hunter who is being introduced to the sport.
